I can't send an invoice, "There is some technical error, please try after sometime"

I keep getting this error when trying to send an invoice for an item I sold. Anyone else having this issue?

Yep! Trying to get a payment, but can't. Sent customer a message saying what total will be with shipping, but just waiting for Ebay to fix their problem.

Yes, I accepted two offers and need to send an invoice to combine shipping etc. I am also not getting notices on my email that the item has sold like I usually do. Ugh!

I just noticed that, too (lack of email), along with not being able to send an invoice.
