I'm having the same issue, via the iPhone app. Began last night. Thus far, no success correcting the problem. I have rebooted the phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, tried it on wifi at two different locations, and also tried using cellular data. None of these attempts made any change in the error. "No response from server. The operation couldn't be completed. (commerceos error 0.) (commerceos.0) Try again"

I am having the same issues as well. Started yesterday afternoon and has continued today. I am hoping they can resolve the issue soon. I need to be able to list.

In the meantime, use your laptop. Once you search and find the item , hit sell similar item. Then save as draft and you can quickly continue the draft and post from your phone that way. I saved 20 drafts and knocked out my days work with this work around. Hopefully it fixes itself soon. My situation started last night on 3/1 as well
