I can't add items to my watch with 'add to watch list' links on item page with chrome

There are 2 'add to watch list' links towards the top of the page.  These links do nothing.  The item doesn't appear in my watch list.  Tried refreshing the page first.  Also, the 'add to collection' link does nothing, just shows a spinner.  

I do have an ad blocker which is blocking bluekai.com and demdex.net on that page with ebay.com and ebaydesc.com allowed.  This never caused a problem in the past.  I first noticed this problem maybe a week ago.  

Newest version of chrome.

I wish I could tell you that Wish Lists, Watch Lists, and Collections all work, but it's been VERY frustrating for me. I'm on Windows 10 and the latest Mac OS, as well as two iPads, an iPhone SE, and Android tablet; Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE 11, and Windows Edge browsers. NOTHING works CONSISTENTLY. The best luck that I have had is Firefox, but even that eventually pooks out and only gives me "Add the Watch List" or the hoop-of-death inducing "Add to Collection" that sometimes works, but it NEVER really adds anything to the proper collection. This is a MAIN STAY of eBay's user experience, so I don't know why they can't get their heads wrapped around this one.

Wow, thats a lot of devices you've tried.   I guess they don't want us to be able to use ebay.  Bad business... well played ebay.  Thankfully, I'm finding other places to get the things I shop for on ebay.

I think I discovered the problem was that my watched items list was full.  After deleteing some of the old ones, I was able to add new ones.  Selecting 'Ended' and using the 'delete all' checkbox  at the top really helped.  

Why isn't there an error message saying 'can't add item to watch list because it is full'?  Ebay you really need to add this so people don't think your website is broken and decide to stop using completely.
