I have tried sending messages on samsung app, Apple ebay app and desktop Google Chrome browser. I've tried for 2 days and same message..."Message not sent"

What path are you taking?
Sending a question from a listing by clicking contact seller?
Sending a message through your orders page and selecting message buyer?
Sending a message through someone's feedback page?
Another path?
Are you replying to an existing message thread or starting a new one?
Is this happening with all messages or just to one specific user?
If to one specific user, did you check their feedback page to make sure they don't have a "not a registered user" notice?

FYI, I am getting that very problem right now, too. Trying to reply to an existing Messages thread with a seller and the message isn't sending. Not sure what else to do besides log in again or just wait. This has been going on since roughly 7pm EST.

Have you tried contacting the seller through the seller's feedback or profile page, and verifying that the seller is still registered?
Have you tried contacting the seller through ebay.ca?
If you have your eBay messages forwarded to your email address, have you tried replying directly to the email (not using the blue reply button which opens your eBay message inbox).
