It's been 2 weeks and no notices for watched items, now I have made 3 purchases in the last 5 days and not a single notice on any of the items from EBay. Talked to them and I was told to post that on the sellers feedback....what? what good will that do ?

I am sure the settings are correct. I have checked everyday to make sure that the messages did not go into spam (they have not) I also went and created a filter value for EBay yesterday to try and make sure that they don't end up in spam. I have made purchases in the last 4 days including yesterday and a sale last night. And I have not receive a single notice for any of them.
And yes, the customer service wanted me to put this on feedback from a recient purchase to a seller! That is just plain ridiculous, and of cours I didn't do that.

Did you get an email notification about the private forum message I sent you?
I also just did an "ask seller a question" on one of your listings. That should also trigger an email.

Possibly the rep meant the ebay "Tell us what you think" or "Technical Issues" feedback link that appears on some pages such as Purchase History? Not really sure which page would be most appropriate for email related issues.
I can't seem to find it now, but I'm sure that at least one of those links had a tag that said "give us feedback" when I hovered a cursor over it.

I have gotten your pms but nothing from EBay at all, I will check the settings again and redo my email address that I have always used and see it that helps. Thank you again for your help.

ok, this is odd. I tried to re put my email address that I always use, but on the page where it asked my to put in the code number, ( I did) when I hit enter it just went back to the same page and asked to enter the code again, and again and again. This would not work at all. I also just made another purchase and I did not receive a notice from EBay, I only got it from PayPal.

**bleep** it won't let me change my address either. This stinks, if it wasn't for PayPal I wouldn't have a record of my sales or purchases. I guess I will try calling again, maybe I will get lucky and get someone who can help from their end.

If the CAPTCHA issue has you stuck, it might be worth trying the same thing in a different browser -- once in a while something that doesn't work in one browser (or one browser version) works in another.
