I Can't Type Anything on Automated Assistant Chat. It Is Frozen

My account was restricted due to high out of cancellation percentage (3.5%). Email sent by ebay mentioned to contact customer help. But I can't type anything. Can someone tell me what is this issue ?

The same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago.  I reported it & it seemed to correct itself within a few days.  But for several days, I was completely unable to send or reply to any messages.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Try reading and responding to messages using ebay.ca, or the eBay app.

If you have messages from members forwarded to your email, you may be able to reply to messages by replying directly to the email itself rather than using the blue reply button that opens your eBay message page.

If you need to contact eBay, try sending a direct message via social media.
