I Can not cancel an order

The buyer wants an order canceled. I click on it to follow through and I get "This page is missing" I Can not cancel it. I called eBay yesterday and of course, they were clueless. They escalated it to tech but today, the same thing. I can not refund this buyer. It only shows up for cancellation, not for orders ready to ship which also seems odd. So right now, I can not refund or ship the item.  Frustrating. Anyone else having a similar issue?

Try clicking on Cancel in the drop down menu next to the item.  Make sure you select "buyer request" as the reason, so you get your fees back and no penalty.

I was having the same issue. Tried two computers and web browsers and still was getting the page missing error every time I tried to cancel.

This was how I got around it:

I went on my phone and turned off wifi so I was using cellular data and I was able to do it without a problem from the app.

I am on Cox wifi so not sure if there's a bad relay or something.

Sounds good! I will try that if it happens again. eBay told me to tell the buyer to call them. I am sure they are going to give them a "courtesy credit" and eat it. They said they can't cancel it either. They clearly need to fix this glitch!

We've been having the same issue.  Sometimes trying over and over and over will get it to work.  But not today.  Isn't working on buyer initiated cancels or when they request to cancel and we go to cancel it.  It's ebay's problem and they need to fix it.

Same issue too, I chatted with eBay Support, they were no help, I asked them to send it to engineering as there is obviously a bug in the system. They need this fixed soon, my customer has been waiting since yesterday.

I tried from 2 different computers (one at home and one a work) both had different internet service providers, I received the same error page on both. Tried using my cell phone on Mobile Data and it finally worked using the eBay App.

Same issue, can't cancel some orders? I tried using the mobile app with the WIFI turned off and get the same error message.

OK, I was finally able to cancel them on my mobile app, But, with WIFI turned on. Hope this helps

Ran into the same issue recently. Instead of using the dropdown menu, I clicked on the cancellation ID number and it worked with no issues.

Seller Hub…orders page…cancel order button has been moved or is not working

Alternative way to cancel an order.

1.   go to your seller hub, on the top right page click on SELLER HELP
2.   Go to bottom of this page and click on Need more help?
3.   Click Cancel a transaction…See pictures of your recent sales

NOTE; BE VERY CAREFUL AS THIS IS A LIVE PAGE; any picture that you click on will be automatically cancelled immediately…very easy to make a mistake and give away your money.

Thank you! This worked for me. The cancellation page accessed via the Cancel order button on the listing still takes me to “page missing” page. Tried two computers, eBay mobile, eBay app, WiFi on/off ... nothing worked except this.
