How to use compatibility notes in File Exchange

I would like to upload Compatibility Notes using file Exchange, but I'm not sure about the format I have to use. This is a typical template of the method I work with (compatibility and k-types):

How could I add the Compatibility Notes?

I haven't found any information about this in any materials of eBay, could you please help me?
