My name is Jim. I am having the same issue. I was looking at items on my computer at work which I have been doing for years. When I am at home, I use my regular laptop. Right in the middle of bidding on an item while at work, Ebay locked my account and said I needed a new password. Ebay felt that someone was using my user name and password. I have been calling them every day for a week and they still are unable to help me because uf a bug that they supposedly have in their system.. I had been bidding on different items that for all I know I may have won, but I wouldn't know it due to their inadequate help and as a result, I could end up in trouble with their resolution center for failing to pay for something.
