How to print shipment confirmation acceptance form for USPS other than using bulk shipping?

Bulk shipping has been down for many hours now .  I know I can  print labels individually or print through pay pal but I need to use bulk shpping since I have 68 labels to print.  USPS will not pick up this many packages from my office or scan each packge individually if I go to the post office in person-- they require the shipment confirm. acceptance form which has the one bar code for all the packages.  Does anyone know if there is a way the print this form w/o using bulk shipping?  I called cust. serv. ( was put on a 124 min. hold-- completely unnaccetable!)  and asked the rep who  didn't even know what this form was and then asked the supervisor who said to use bulk shipping ( even though she acknowledged bulk shipping was down for several hours). Just reaching out to my fellow sellers!  Thanks!

You have to print it through bulk.  I'd try a different browser if you are using Edge or IE, which are having problem with shipping.  Best is Firefox or Chrome.

You may also want to look into the free eBay Stamps.com, which imports directly from eBay and does auto update of the tracking.

I did mention that I was printing through bulk shipping-- still down.  I have tried on IE, Edge, Firefox, and chrome -- same result: bulk shipping is down, system unavailable.  I really need that shipment acceptance confirmation form.  Stamps.com does not offer this.  I  can print the for through USPS.com but have to purchases all priority shipping instead of my usual first class since usps.com does not sell  first class postage.  Going from 2.62 per package to 6.25 X 76 packages is totally insane.  I was wondering if anyone knew of a way of how to print this form while printing each label individually or through pay pal.  I guess this is my nightmare.  I will have to drop off the packages at the post office and not recive a scan.  Thank everyone!

You can print your labels using PayPal Multi Order Shipping, and it will do the Acceptance Form for you.  Just PayPal doesn't have all the USPS shipping services eBay offers, but does have the discount that you can't get at USPS.com.

Just looked, and eBay Stamps.com has the Scan (Acceptance) Form.  You just click on Scan Form, it lists all your labels and you select all or individual ones to be included on it.

PayPal MOS will import from eBay directly.  Just make sure it doesn't miss one, because of an address issue, or something.

Actually while the post office likes to have the Scan Form, it isn't mandatory in any of the rules that you have to use it, but it does save you time as well.

Again, many thanks for your help!!!  I ended up printing through pay pal.  Only the international labels would not import but I was able to handle those through USPS.com.  eBay finally acknowledged the glitch and has posted it under announcements.  I was able to print  labels this morning using chrome w/o any issues.  Also, my post office will not scan more than 3 packages if there is no acceptance form-- thay have a large sign in the lobby.  The carriers that pick up have been instructed not to scan more than 3 packages w/o the slip.  So in the event the slip is missing or absent the package is not scanned until it reaches a sorting center which may not make the deadline of the 24 hrs. after payment.  I ship approx. 350 packages a week and USPS will not make an acception to the scan sheet.  They claim it takes too much time to scan individual packages.  Ugh!   Again, thanks so much for your help=)
