How to export listed items to a file?

I haven’t done inventory since turbolisters demise and I can’t figure out how to do what I need on the eBay site. I want to export my listings to a csv file but I can’t figure out how. Searching told me to go to selling manager, select the listings and then choose export file from under actions. Only problem is I don’t have export file as an option under actions.

Have you looked the info supplied by File Exchange? The download information is limited.  They no longer allow you to download complete data.  If you need at of the metadata, you will need to contact eBay File Exchange support to request your complete file.  Be prepared to wait 48-72 hours and for the information to be incomplete and then request again, until you get what you want.

I just need a file with item title, condition and description. Can a download thru file exchange give me that?

Only title and eb_condition_id.
