How do i permanently set searches for US Only?

I live in the USA.  I want to have the option to permanently set my search parameters to US Only.  I've seen the question asked before or something similar, but the answers were more on the sarcastic, and answering a question with a question type.  So please, I would like to know how to permanently set my search parameters for the US Only for ALL searches.  And what I mean is this selection is ON without the need to select it after I do an initial search.  As in, when I log in, THAT setting is saved to search within the US ONLY.  I live in the USA, I do not sell.  I am a shopper/buyer on here ONLY.  Please do not reply with vague stupid questions about other issues as if I haven't made it clear, and you need more information.  My question is clear AND concise.

There are some possible options for limiting your search results to items listed in the US only.

If you are using the eBay app, it is possible to lock a filter setting once you have enabled lockable filters using the Customize option under the Filter menu. Then, you can tap a pad lock icon located next to various settings to make those default settings. This works for Item location.

If you are using a desktop browser, that is not an option, though.

One possibility is to create a search that has the Item location filter set the way you like. Then bookmark or save the search. If you start from that saved or bookmarked search, you can continue to see results from the location you have selected.

If you use Chrome or Firefox browsers on a desktop computer, there is a third party browser plug-in called "eBay item location -- my country only" that, once installed, allows you to override eBay's default item location.
