I have been trying to get eBay to solve a technical problem with my account since June 2023 to no avail! I need suggestions on how to find someone at eBay that can fix this!!!
The Problem:
I have my handling time set to the normal 3 days, but on all of my listings, it shows my "estimated delivery date" as two to three weeks. Sometimes my listings even show the warning that "delivery estimate is greater than 14 days". I obviously lose a lot of business because people don't want to wait that long, PLUS a lot of customers that DO place orders realize later that the estimated delivery date is ridiculous, and send me nasty messages to complain!
Since June of 2023, I have been calling and chatting on a regular basis with tech support to attempt to get this fixed, and it is always the same scenario: I call in or start a chat, explain the issue, and spend about an hour having the rep try to solve the problem before they will escalate it. They claim to create a support ticket, but never give me a ticket number or any way to identify the complaint, and then tell me a tech will call me. NOT ONCE has anyone EVER followed up with me. Then I do that all over again, even when I am continuing a previous chat where they could just review the issue from that previous chat. You would think that I would not have to explain it EVERY SINGLE TIME, but I still do! I am estimating my lost time dealing with eBay tech support on this issue at around 30 hours since this issue began.
Out of desperation, I have started adding information on this glitch to my listings with the hope of enlightening my potential buyers, but as we all know...people don't read this kind of information!
It is an epic fail when a company gets so big that they cannot support their customers! Any suggestions on how to get eBay to pay attention to me would be greatly appreciated!!!

Someone on another forum just solved the issue for me, so is corrected now. The issue was that in my settings, I only had one day checked as being a "working day". I have no recollection of ever changing that setting, but that was the problem.
It is astonishing to me that no one at eBay ever suggested that I check those settings!
Thanks very much for your reply!

I was hoping someone would reply to you, but they did not, so I'm going to copy/paste the links to use social media in order to contact actual eBay employees. It's the only thing I can think of to possibly help you. Good luck!

When I look at your listings I see an estimated delivery date of 6-10 days from today.
When you are looking at your listings, where does Ebay think your account is located?
