How about responding to feedback issues?

Sent eBay a "report a buyer" for a false claim and got the "we'll get back to you". Two weeks now, how long does this take??? 

Anyone feels like no one is home? eBay is quick respond when there is an issue with funds that they didn't get.

That happened to me and I waited like a month or two finally I sent them a message asking them to delete the feedback and that I had already sent a request and it seemed frozen. They took care of the Frozen request and made it official that they weren't going to remove the feedback.

Further proof, they don't care.
