You should be able to delete a saved search from the Saved Searches page by clicking on the blue heart icon. Refresh the page to see the result.

Try deleting from the Saved Searches page, here:

I have tried several ways and none of them delete the previously saved search.

Can you find that entry on your Saved Searches page? What happens when you click on the blue heart?

Try another browser.

If you have the eBay app on your phone, try deleting using the app.
