Volume Pricing (checkout ?) I have volume pricing enabled, but the customer did not see it, and is now expecting (2) instead of the (1) items sent to her.
Does anyone know if the option shows up in the checkout page?
After she made her purchase, the product was adjusted and showed "only 1 left"--so it is was enabled and working.
Any advice?

I'd say this is on the buyer, and that you are clear of liability. Does she think she paid for 2? Clearly her own "purchase history" will indicate that only 1 was actually purchased. At least that's how I interpret your post. I'd gently point it out that she is getting what was paid for and perhaps include a link to the information regarding volume pricing on the site for her to read.

Was the item the lip color? The photo shows 2 of them so the buyer thought they were getting 2? Suggest stating in listing that only one is included even though 2 are pictured, or only picture one. The checkout does show quantity 1 but the photo might be confusing. That is my guess on why this happened. But not sure if that is the correct sold item in your solds?
