Can't search or look at my eBay ...just say http header authorisation?

You might go back and ask on your home community board. You are currently posting on the USA eBay.com page. This might be something that is localized to your side of the pond and the server you are using. I did a search of the term "http header authorization" but the replies were way over my paygrade! 

However, you could try clearing your browsing and cache history and see if that helps.
