Having Problems With Ebay Loading On Computers

For the last 3 or 4 days I have had problems getting ebay to load on both of my computers, one with windows 7 and one with windows 10. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to maybe 15 minutes. And when I am lucky to get it to load right off, I can be in the middle of something like looking at items, etc. and all of a sudden nothing will load and it will take a few minutes or longer to finally load. I use firefox but I have tried microsoft edge and have the same problems. both computers. Clearing cookies and cache on both computers has not helped. I can load other sites like youtube, facebook, ec. okay. It is only ebay I am having problems with. This just started about 3 or 4 days ago. Wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.

Could it possibly be my internet dropping out or the strength dropping that would be causing this problem, even though I can get other sites to load? When hurricane sally hit last fall I had to use my cell phone to connect to the internet on my computer and for a few days the signal was week and I couldn't get ebay to load but I could get other sites to load. I'm thinking this problem I have been having for the last few days is possibly due to my internet strength dropping out.
