On Oct 16th I signed up for a starter store. Everything worked great.
Nov 1, the store is still there, but no access to selling manager, sales report or traffic report. I get the message In order to access this page please subscribe to eBay Selling Manager." which then takes me to the page to choose a store to subscribe to.
I've spoken with ebay CS and they just say "we've made a note on your account for technical support to review"
Yes, ebay has prorated my subscription for Oct and billed me for Nov. already, so I've paid for the subscription.
Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks in advance for your replies.

When I click the DOOR icon next to your feedback number, nothing happened. I then opened one of your listings and clicked on VISIT STORE, and I am taken to

Isn't Selling Manager only available if you subscribe to it along with your store subscription?
