Has something changed on USPS label refunds? Can't find it.

Like the title says.. can't find it. 

I needed to get a label refunded. 

...am I just overtired from working 14 hours 2 days in a row?.. lol

Go to Orders in the Seller Hub, down to Shipping Labels, then under Action for the label you are looking to get a refund for, choose Cancel label and follow the appropriate steps.

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label. 

- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.

Thanks. I swear I looked there before and it wasn't there at all. I did it 4 or 5 times. 
I don't know though.. If I can't prove it...didn't happen.
