Has eBay Changed Colors from Blue to Green on some sceens?

Is anyone else experiencing color differences in the "Check Mark" Success Your Listing is Updated? OR The Promoted Listing Column showing Green Color of Promoted Listings instead of blue? Different than yesterday and previously for me?

Rest assured that eBay does not roll out a color change for one member only.

The Success message and the word Promoted are green on my pages and if they were ever NOT green, I didn't notice.

A green S has appeared on my listing account do i need to be concerned ? Not sure what it means.
