Guest Account access not possible due to a previous account with same address

I had my daughter order an item she used a guest account using my email address.

Unfortunately she did not realize I had an Ebay accuount with the same email address.   I sent a request to ebay for the access code for the guest account and I still can not log in.  I get an error message probably due to the fact that the same email is being used for my guest account and the actual account.  Not sure how to resolve this issue.  The tech support phone line is down due to COVID.

The item has not been recieved, it's been over 7 days past the dated it should have been delvered. I ded get an ORDER UPDATE email with delivery details, but did not recieve an email confirmation with delivery details for the item ordered.

You should have received an email with the subject "Guest Order" that has details about tracking and returns. If you cannot find this email, there is a way to resend it at that link.

I do not think that the fact that your address is already associated with an account should be a problem -- many users with accounts also make orders as a guest. It is not necessary to sign in to view guest orders, you only need the information in that email.
