Hello ebay!
I just wanted to share a glitch/ technical issue with you.
Latst night i receied 5 orders all in a row. I know this buyer. This is a repeat customer who lives in China and buys from me using ebay's global shipping program.
The orders were for Dole candy that i sell. The orders came in in this order:
1. (2 bags) pineapple chewy candy (did not show as an international sale)
2. (2 bags) lychee chewy candy (did not show as an international sale)
3. (2 bags) pineapple-mango hard candy (did not show as an international sale)

4. (2 bags) lychee chewy candy (did show as an international sale)
5. (2 bags) pineapple-mago hard candy (did show as an international sale)
At first i thought maybe the buyer had 2 accounts or addresses, one in china and one here in the states and some of these orderes were going to the states and some were going to china. But that wasn't the case. The 3 orders that did not show international sale, when i clicked on "print shipping label" it would not let me. It gave me an error message saying that the item has not been paid for yet. All of my listings require immediate payment so how could that be? The other 2 international orders i was able to print labels and ship whithout any problem.
I went in to my paypal and payment was only received for the 2 international orders. No payment shown for the 3 non-international orders.
I went ahead and cancelled the 3 non-international orders. I did not want to be charged any fees for those orders since they obviously were not valid orders.
Those 3 orders still sitting there on my "selling" page but they show "cancelled".
Just wondering how on the earth tht happened?
