Glitch in parcel status display, indicated delivered instead of shipped.

All parcels that were shipped on 12.06.2024 are shown as delivered instead of shipped. How can I fix this? Where to write?

It happens some times.

Tracking should update after they get a couple more scans.

That can happen if the clerk that scanned the bar codes had the scanner set for "delivery scan" rather than "acceptance" scan. That should not affect the actual delivery, just the tracking. If the packages are scanned again along the way, the tracking may update itself.
