Glitch in listing under "Item Specifics"

When entering Item Specifics it's often times not keeping the entry.

I go down the list entering Specifics and +  it shows up but when I complete and go out it doesn't keep the changes.  I keep having to double check and often repeat the process before it works.  It could easily be overlooked and I'm sure I and others have wrong info in some listings before catching this. It's a real pain especially since ebay is putting so much infasis on Item Specifics.  Please correct this  eBay!  It's getting frustrating 😒

Do you notice any difference if you use a different browser?

I recall a similar issue long ago that involved item listings not retaining the details of the last field entered. The workaround for that particular issue was to update a field, then click on another field without making any changes before listing.

I am having the same problem with listing on my Android apps.  I've tried clearing the app cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, and attempting to list on my tablet as well as my phone (both Android.)  I keep double-checking, but at this rate it is inevitable that I'm going to update one of the fields and not notice that the app never saved it.  This will lead to poor customer satisfaction, returns, and lower sales.  

I hardly ever need help, is there a better way than these forums for getting the attention of eBay?
