Getting this message when I post a photo: A mixture of Self Hosted and EPS pictures are not allowed.

The photos from some of my listings don't show up in Ebay search.  The listing shows up but not the photo.  So I updated the listing by deleting the photos and then uploading the photos again.  When I do that I get a message that says, 

• A mixture of Self Hosted and EPS pictures are not allowed.

What does that mean? These are my own photos and I know that the pixals and size are correct.  What is the problem?

Do you list directly on Ebay? I use a 3rd party application to list from, and I only have this issue when I list from there and try to go back to ebay to add any more photos. For me it usually solves the issue by deleting all the photos on ebay, then going back and adding them again.

It just happened. eBay system did not allow me to improve an old listing's photos. I had to delist the item, go back to my third part listing service, enhanced all item's photos there then re-listed it on eBay. This worked well.

This has always been the rule on ebay. Either you use their picture service or you host all the images yourself.item. You can not use both services at the same time in one listing.

I only ever list my items with my photos.  I don't use stock photos.  My items are handmade so there are no stock photos for them.
