Getting error when pressing "commit to buy" button on Request combined shipment

I have some items on my cart from one seller, then I press "Request combined shipment".
Then after I press on "commit to buy" button, getting red error "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

What happens when you use a different browser @motiimo-0 ?

Tried on newest chrome and safari, same issue, same error.
