Hi. I have requested help from eBay for a resolution of a situation where I haven't received the items I purchased. eBay has requested "more information," and I have now filled out the form three times, but each time when I submit, I get this message: "We ran into a problem. Please go back and try again." Is it worth trying to get eBay's involvement? Or, is the offer to help really just a trap? (With almost 500 purchases, this is the first time I haven't received the item.) BTW, the seller is being very responsive, but they also want eBay to aid in resolving the problem.

You should just be able to go into the purchase and 1 day after the last estimated delivery date, file a Not Received case for the item.
Is this where you have forms and issues?
