From Zero to 806 VIEWS in a matter of seconds! EBAY: Fix the Zero / Dashes Viewer problem!!!

One second I might have ZERO views and the next >>> I have hundreds of views!

So thankful for the Community... Now I know others have the Zero / Dashes issue as well.

I also have this problem. I had negative 1 (-1) as my count. Can't beat that. Keep hitting F5 to refresh and you might get the count.

Same problem here for a couple of weeks. Very frustrating and they need to resolve this.

I also have the same issue. It's been going on now for quite some time. Sellers depend on those views. Come on ebay fix the problem!

Days and weeks go by and they still can not fix this...

I called yesterday (sunday, July 1) and they are "working on it". I also asked if somehow sales were affected by this problem, and she said "no". But I am not convinced. My sales are nearly 0 for the past 2-3 weeks. My theory---ebay places you on the pages according to how many views are being counted. So if 0 views are recorded, you are staying at the bottom of the pile of listings. Am I crazy for thinking this? Can't otherwise explain my dramatic non-existent sales!!!! I am a small seller, but average about a dozen or more sales a week. I am not selling anything since this counter thing started!!!!

Agree. They owe us refunds for service not provided. It's going on 2 months of this not working.

I'm going to Bonanza.

They have accurate counters and much better customer service.
