Fix this glitch. It keeps "loading/reloading" then says Protocol error and sends you backwards... NOTHING HAS BEEN LOADING FOR 30+ mins and we've done everything from restarting app to phone!!!!!!!!!!

Just received the Following email from customer service
Hello Faith,
What you are going to want to do for the mobile site issue is uninstall the app on your phone and reinstall it it because what happens is that when we get updates to the site it does not always go through to everyone, so this the best fix for this issue and it should be up and running properly once you do so, sorry for the inconvenience and have a wonderful weekend
Have uninstalled/reinstalled twice, still experiencing the issue. What's your next suggestion and how do you plan to fix this?

Too bad ebay customer support isn't informed of site issues and no technical announcements are posted. I worked in technical customer support/system analysis roles for 25+ years, believe me when there is a problem the engineers DO KNOW and they should relay information to the folks on the front line to better inform end users and post a message on the announcements page...that email about uninstalling app, etc was just **bleep** and a waste of that users time/energy just to remain frustrated after following instructions.
