Follow-up Feedback option not working?

As a Buyer I have tried several time to leave a Follow-Up Comment but it will not stick.

When I click on Leave Follow-up Comment it goes back blank and does not post.

Is there something I can do to change this or a problem on your end?

I go to my feedback forum and then click the link on the upper right saying Follow-Up To Feedback Left under the Feedback Tools section. It then takes me to a page showing feedback I have left with links to click on the right hand side to leave feedback. I click on that, enter my comments, click Leave Follow-up Comment and then it takes me to a new page with the "Where do I want to go next" options so makes it look like the follow-up comment was left but it is not because it does not appear and also the link to leave follow-up comments is still active when I go back to the summary page. Once the follow-up is left, it should be blacked out. 

Any help from anyone much appreciated.

Called support at Ebay last week and they are looking into getting this fixed. Told me to call back in a week if still not working so I called again tonight. Am to call back in another week if still not working.

Since it's now April 15th, 2019, and the 'reply to feedback replied to' option STILL doesn't work, I think we can safely assume that they have no intention of fixing it.

On the plus side, I'm sure we can look forward to a whole bunch of site redesigns that make everything slower and more difficult to use even while the existing problems increase in number.

The truly pathetic part is that the way it's setup right now makes you think that you were successful in replying to the reply to the feedback  and yet when you go to check it there is NOTHING there. So not only do you have to retype everything into an INSANELY SMALL amount of space AGAIN but you are led to believe that YOU did something wrong rather than it once again being ebay's fault.

And ALL THIS after you had to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to find where ebay has hidden the option to reply, something which you now have to do all over again.

Being a monopoly is great, no need whatsoever to sell a working product. Sorry I couldn't help you since I have the same problem and likewise have no way of fixing it myself.

And if you can't fix it yourself on ebay then it can't (won't) ever be fixed.

Read this message quickly, before they delete it. Lots more employees assigned to censorship than there are to fixing system errors.

Apologies for the negativity but I've been dealing with ebay problems for a LONG, LONG time now with never even a glimmer of hope for a fix.
