I was following the discussion on chat today about USPS tracking. I have one order of 4 items show up on my dashboard as tracking uploaded on time but no carrier scan. Here are a few screens shots showing what eBay is reporting and what the USPS site is reporting. I m hoping you can include these examples when you send the report. Thank you.
@mcdougle4248 Thank you so much for getting me this information. Our tech team is working diligently to correct items that incorrectly did not receive a scan for the 'Tracking uploaded and validated' report. I've added your account to their list of impacted accounts.
