Hello!
I seem to be having a glitch on a batch of my listings. My items are set to First class shipping. I had a buyer purchase from me and he happens to live nearby. Shipping should have been abou $5.00 but instead charged him $20.80. When I went back through my listings some of them are showing at the extremely high shipping calculation of $20.80 or more. Some others are correct at the lower $5.00 rate. Obviously these calculations are based on my location. They were all created on the same policy. I have had some buyers reach out about the insane shipping I am charging, and I thought they were crazy because they were light weight items set to first class. So, I do believe it is showing up wrong on their end too. I have double checked my policies, weights, and even tried opting out of business policies to see if that had something to do with it. But no change. I believe this may be an error on the eBay end and would appreciate any guidance or a look into the problem. It has definitely massively effected my sales at the end of this week. I look forward to hearing any thoughts and hope it can be resolved shortly. I am curious if any one else is experiencing these same issues!
