Feedback number dropped by over 700

My seller feedback drop from 1265 to 431 one day last week. I thought it was just a glitch but it hasn’t fixed itself yet. Can Anyone help with this?

I'm seeing a total of 1900. Your feedback as a seller is 1265 and your feedback as a buyer is 635. 

The numbers are exactly what they should be.

That's for just the last 12 mmonths:

Look again - the 12 month average is for Feedback Received (48 Positive in OP Case) & Detailed Seller Ratings ..

  Yet Seller Feedback is 431 - if everything was based on 12 Months that Number should be 48..

Mind you this is only on the eBay App.. Mine is doing the same .. with no recent Feedback showing up 

this has happened before on the App and just needs a little time to correct

Thank you! Yes I have had it happen before and it corrected. This time it hasn’t yet and it’s been over a week.
