I have not been able to give positive feedback on purchases, because the feedback is not highlighting on my iPhone or iPad. Contacted EBay and followed their instructions and it is still not workin. Reinstalled app, cleared cache etc. I went to bid on an item and it wouldn’t accept my bid. Therefore, the seller and I both lost out! What a bummer! It appears Ebays quality of service is getting worse.

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system.

If you are having problems with the eBay app, you should still be able to go to ebay.com using a browser on your device.
