I can leave feedback fine for single items but anyone who has multiple items on one invoice It will not allow me to leave feedback for. I’ve cleared all cache, logged out, and tried a different Firefox, explorer, and safari with no success.
I would assume this is in place because that way you can leave individual feedback on the items you purchased then on just your order. It makes more sense that way. Try seeing if you can leave feedback on one of the items

Yes I have the exact same problem for multiple item orders only. Happens on all desktop browsers tried. Was able to leave feedback using the eBay app on my phone. I reported it on facebook a couple days ago but there is no fix yet. Try using the app till it is fixed. Good luck,
