Hi, maybe somebody can help. I contacted ebay to tell them there was issues with my feedback. My positives keep going down and are NOT rolling over to the 6 month mark. Basically I'm taking screen shots for the last month of my feedback and have just watched major glitches taking place. All my sales for 1 month, many of the positive comments left for me are missing and the score is going down. ALSO PLEASE KNOW I'm not bringing up when I buy stuff from the same seller, I'm speaking mostly of 1 time buys or sells. So on November 9th my score was at (22 for 1 month, 67 for 6 months, and 84 for 1 year), then on Nov 12th, ( 1 month is at 21, 6 months is at 66, 83 is at 1 year) .... so I lost 1 pont from each section... THEN on Nov 13th, (1 month is at 17, 6 months at 66, 1 year at 83) NOTHING rolling over and yet now instead of 22 I'm at a 5 Point Loss??!! ?? Weird but it gets worss..Then I get more feedback and this goes on and on. So on Nov 17th (1 month at 17, 6 month 67, 6 month at 84) Then on Nov 16th ( 1 month 19, 6 monnths 68, 1 year 86.. Nov 17th nothing changed but good feedback but on Nov 17th (1 month dropped to 18 for no reason again, 6 month didn't change and at 68, 1 yr at 86)... Nov 17th Changed again but for no reason and went to 1 month at 19, 6 months at 69, and 1 year at 87)... Then on Nov 18th score drops for no reason nothing changed so now (1 month at 17, 6 months 68, 1 year.87) so why is my 1 month dropping when nothng rolls over and yet nothing changed with comments or feedback... Then Nov 19th 1(1 month is at 18, 6 months at 69, 1 year at 88).. So on Nov 20th (1 month at 16, 6 month at 69, 1 year at 88.... now at Nov 21st (1 month at 15, 6 month at 69, 1 year 88) nothing rolling over, just my 1 month score keeps dropping. It gets worse even today which is November 24th (1 Month at 13, 6 months at yup you got it the same stupid number of 69, and 1 year at 88)... So this is gruelling but I went from score of 22 to onlly 13 as of today and yet nothing changed and my positive comments are missing!!!! Because I know because I have screen shots of all of them... So my point is I called eBay TWICE over this and nothing is done.. So I was punished for calling because my score went from the day I called them of 15 to now only showing positive 13 today!! All because I called to ask why it has a glitch but now I am not sure its a glitch because they said they would have a quote "Technical person look at it" to now having lost 2 more points AFTER my call to them. and yet my comments I have screen shot... Anybody out there having this happen as well?? It is not about buying from someone with 2 items, mostly this is about my hard earned comments from buyers of my items... Any help would be appreciated. Also Fast n Free is showing on my listings when I have standard shipping ONLY which is 3 days handling... So my customers are very confused because it says get it in 3 days.. Yet scrolling to shipping and payments it clearly says standard. So I called customer service and they said, its about local pickup but my store isn't set up for local pickup at all... so now that its the Holiday its going to Ding my account if I don't ship in 1 to 2 days whcih clearly I don't and evne within the listing it shows standard etc... I have screen shots of I can upload here if someone cares to be able to help me with both issues... Thanks so much for listening and please get a technical support person to actuallly help me if possible about the feedback issue,,, This has been going on months, so I've been taking dailiy screen shots which I would prefer not to.
