To whom it may concern,
I've encountered a peculiar issue on eBay. I try to leave feedback for a seller, and I receive an error message stating: "Unfortunately, this seller is now inactive and no longer eligible to receive feedback. Review other purchases instead."
The URL where this happens is: https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/leave_single_feedback?item_id=354893659376&transaction_id=1445223029022
What's more perplexing is that even after encountering this error, I continue to receive emails and reminders from eBay, prompting me to leave feedback for this transaction.
So, why am I being reminded by email and website notifications to leave feedback for a transaction I cannot leave feedback for?
This situation likely needs some examination. It does seem like a bug on the platform. The dev team could investigate this and address the discrepancy between the site's feedback eligibility and the feedback reminders.

You can turn off feedback reminders in your communication preferences in your account settings. Communication Preferences

That's not what I'm looking for. I want feedback reminders, but not for items I cannot leave feedback for.

Well then you can simply ignore and delete them.
You can’t always get what you want.

"You can't always get what you want." isn't very helpful when fixing website bugs. I think we can just let the development team decide if they want to fix their bugs or not. Thanks for not helping.
