Got scammed by a seller on rolls of "reflective tape" that not only was NOT reflective, but look like they were cut to width by a kindergartener!
Tried to open a dispute resolution case, only to find that it no longer works and won't let you open a case!
What that means is that now sellers can rip off anyone and everyone and the buyers have absolutely no recourse! And FLEABAY is allowing them to do it AND protecting them!

The resolution center was done away with recently. Have you contacted the seller first? Always try that - they may be able to help you quickly. Communication is a good thing. BUT, if they do not respond, then definitely open a return. Choose the reason you have selected in the screen shot. Ebay offers a money back guarantee to the buyer even if your seller won't help. They always protect the buyer in an item not as described dispute. If the seller doesn't respond to the return request or if there is a problem with the refund, in the time frame eBay allows, then you ask eBay to step in and help, and they most certainly will.

The seller is dancing around trying to drag the situation out in hopes of getting away with the scam, unfortunately.
Fleabay has now become a scammers paradise.

It doesn't matter if the seller dances around the situation until the end of time, the process for handling an item that isn't as described is the same - it's just in a different place.
Ignore the seller and go to your purchase history to open the return instead of the resolution center.
