I am not familiar with that particular Safari extension, but it is good that you mentioned it. Do you know if that extension is still currently supported by eBay?

Do you get the same error if you disable the extension and then sign in to eBay? It may be that the extension itself is using eBay resources in some nonstandard way that is triggering the error.

If disabling or removing the extension does not help, it might be worth trying a different browser to see if you encounter the same problem.

If you are using a bookmark reach ebay, you might want to try going directly to ebay.com and trying to sign in there, and navigating using the links on your My eBay page to see if that avoids the error.

There are some old threads from users encountering the same error -- some users may have been using old nonstandard bookmarked links (possibly showing both completed and current auctions at the same time; it is not entirely clear). There was no indication I could see of a solution or workaround for those users.

I do a lot of searches on eBay, and I have never encountered that error.
