Error with trying to list both on PC and Mobile app

Unable to list items as an auction. Get the "Looks like something is missing or invalid. Please fix any issues and try again. Immediate Payment

This is happening on mobile and PC, and it also doesn't matter which IP I use both Edge and Chrome both have the error.  There is no option to turn of immediate payment. This is clearly an issue on eBay's side of things.

I called ebay, they said its a glitch and give 24-48 hours to be able to list auctions again. In the mean time they said to list an auction your starting bid as normal BUT YOU MUST ADD a buy it now 30% higher than your starting bid. SO you can  NOT do no reserve auctions, as the only way to list is to have a BUY IT NOW! This is ONLY 1 MONTH to the day before Christmas. I can not list any no reserve auction. So frustrating

I've been waiting for now 11 days for this to get fixed and ebay still hasn't done anything to fix it. It seem like it is a way for ebay to cancel us as sellers for some reason, why does it take this long to get fixed. ebay customer service gives no answers.

There is a tech alert for this right now: ALERT16317

On your computer scroll down to the ? mark on the lower right and select report tech issue and then share the alert number and say briefly say what is happening. This is the best way to report tech issues to eBay and have your account added to the open ticket.

I am having the same issue. I've tried the suggestions and nothing works. Very frustrating!

This started for me about a week ago. Experimenting, it seems focused on the "Buy It Now." I cannot list a straight auction. I can only list if there's a Buy It Now. Putting a "Best Offer" doesn't help.  I take out the BIN, I get the "Immediate Payment" notice and can't list. I put Buy It Now back in, it lists. Many auctions cannot be listed with BIN because the BIN value isn't known. Very frustrating and expensive for us and eBay. My more valuable items are going to other platforms. This problem seemed to arise when they added the "Your Cost" field. Could be coincidence.

Hi, I've been having this problem this weekend also, but discovered if I use the "Sell Similar" link on one of my previously completed auctions from a week ago or more to start a new auction (even if that older auction has nothing to do with what I'm trying to list now), and then change everything as needed for the new item I'm listing, it will work.  If I use the "Sell Similar" link on someone else's auction, it fails as described 100% of the time.  Hope this helps.

it has been weeks and nothing has been done. The customer service reps just say that ebay is aware of the problem and it will hopefully be fixed in 24 to 48 hours. The honest customer service reps have (no lie!) told me it could be up to 60 days to fix this, looks like they may be right and we are going to lose the xmas season for listing auctions

Thanks for the tip. Adding that 30% higher BIN is the only thing that worked for me to get the auction to list. Ridiculous!

The require immediate payment button has completely disappeared on all of my BIN listings.  I list from a pc, and it used to be a box I checked just below the price.  I have tried revising, selling similar, and starting a completely new listing and I can't locate it.  It is available on the app, but I have to go into each listing separately under preferences and toggle the button.  I have reported this to ebay several times.  Anyone have a fix?

Do you use Business Policies? If so, immediate payment is in your Payment Policy.
