Error when accessing Selling Preferences

I am trying to enable the "Out of Stock" setting for my store.
I select my name from the top left corner on a computer browser, select Account settings, then Selling preferences. This takes me to a 404 page not found error page. I have tried this on mobile, different browsers and different networks. I have contacted support three times. They told me they have reported a bug, but they haven't gotten back to me.
Any suggestions?
We looked everywhere.
