My video in my listing was operating fine until yesterday and still a problem today.

I contacted customer service they are of very little help.

Am I the only one? And if I am - why?

there are other reports of this today - you are not the only one....there are a couple of other threads about it.

I had problems with loading photos & editing listings earlier today but finally able to do a few.

many many technical issues/problems/errors on Ebay the last few days. 😞

OK, it's nice to know I'm not alone.  Why is customer service in the dark about this. If I go to the trouble to call and talk to them about this they should have told me it's a problem on our end not yours. THAT didn't happen, they made it look like it was a problem on my end and told me change my browser to Chrome.

I don't use Chrome for many reasons instead I use Edge and Opera.

I am seeing this as well. Videos won't play. Obviously a tech issues ebay needs to resolve.

ETA: Not working on Chrome with PC. Working with Android on Pixel phone.

I still can't play any Ebay videos using chrome on my PC or safari on my cell phone. Spoke with customer service this morning as well. Hopefully they get it resolved as I like to have videos for my listings

Got it to work on Chrome PC by reloading the page.

I'm not having any problems with playback - tried a few browsers on Mac.

Anybody having playback errors, please post Browser & OS version.
