Error Code 34 - This request is missing required input tag ""<Item.PrimaryCategory.CategoryID>"".|<I

Sorry if this is an easy fix. I am new to using file exchange. When I try to upload I get error 34 for every item except for the first item on my sheet. Here is what my sheet looks like. Please let me know if you see what the problem might be.

There's a link to an instructions document in the first tab of your spreadsheet. Here it is:

Comparing the instructions to your template, it looks like you are missing a column in your template. The third column is supposed to be the Category ID, which is not in your template.

Column C Category ID is hidden in your template. Try unhiding it.
