Every night, I end 50 listings to then sell similar.
I then check my active listings to be sure all 50 were added.
Then I go to either ended or unsold to delete them but instead of 50 items to delete, there were only 25. I went back to active listings and counted and sure enough, only 25 had listed.
I have checked 50 items per page at the bottom.
I can not find the other missing 25 items. I waited until today hoping that it was a glitch and they are still missing.
Is there anything I can do? TIA

Yes, you can try and figure out what you're doing wrong.
Listings don't just disappear without a trace.
Go to your seller hub.
My Ebay > Selling
Click on "Active Listrings".
THAT'S how many listings you currently have.
P.S. I show you have ZERO items listed because you exclude Alaska and Hawaii.
Most of your items ship USPS Ground Advantage.
Why aren't you shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?

So, before you click 'End listings' do you not make a note of at least the top and bottom listing titles/thumbnails, to make sure they all migrate?

Thank you. I tried that and it just shows the 25 and not the usual 50. In any event, your clear advice gave me another tool to use.

flp again...here's the weird thing. I noted how many items I already had for sale (1081)
then I did a sell similar on the 25 ended items from yesterday.
my total is still 1081. Why aren't the 25 items being added to that number? I can't figure it out.

Since ending and relisting your listings is usually because you accept the unprovable seller folklore, you may be being taught a lesson. Thank you for sharing it with the forum community.
In the past, most of us believed this activity was harmless. Now we need to reconsider.

The same thing happened here, yesterday. I ended 8 listings and they did not go into Unsold and were completely missing. This happened a few weeks ago and the listings showed up about 24 hours later. This morning, 5 of the missing listings were in Unsold. Our Seller Hub page shows 3 more listings in Unsold than are shown if you go to Unsold so I live in hope that the missing 3 will appear at some point soon. Today I ended listings and everything worked as it should. Definitely an Ebay issue.

It's actually quite provable, unless you think increasing an item's view rate doesn't increase the likelihood of it selling.

Just wanted to update everyone on my missing listings. They disappeared on the 17th and I came here for help on the 18th. Well, they have miraculously appeared today and all is well. So, I guess I wasn't doing anything wrong after all. 🤗

This is something I have noticed since back in August or so. It happens intermittently.
For me, it first started when ended listings slowly populated in the unsold page, they would trickle in over 30 seconds or so. Prior to that, ended listings would show immediately in the unsold page.
Then instances of ended listings not appearing in unsold for several hours to even more than a day, started to occur.
These long stretches where the listings seem stuck in limbo, can't be found in active or anywhere in unsold, still happen occasionally and there is no answer yet from ebay.

Just curious, do you delete ended listings if you're truly done with them? The OP mentioned that they do. I never do (just too lazy) and I've never had this delayed migration thing, ever. And I do end/SS A LOT.
A few people isn't enough of a sample size to know for sure, but maybe having some items already in your Ended listings somehow creates a smoother runway for more to land there???
