I ended several volume discounts over the past 2 weeks because they were interfering with buyers requesting a combined ship total through the cart.
All this time later and it still shows bold red text under the listings on search "save up to X% when you buy more" even though the volume discounts were ended and deleted from promotions manager.
Is anybody else seeing this error?
Can you please check if there's a tech ticket on this one devon@ebay that I can ask CS to add my account to?

Yes, I checked other browsers, cleared cache/cookies, etc.

It takes up to 24 hours for those discounts to drop off.

Hey @wastingtime101! I do not see any sitewide issue tickets open for this issue but I will keep an eye out to see if one opens up. I will also get this reported on my end and if yourself or any other sellers are running into this I recommend reaching out to customer support to have a ticket created for your individual account.

Thanks for checking, Devon. As it's been a couple of weeks I guess I'll contact CS to get it reported this week. I don't want buyers misled into thinking there's an additional discount available.
