End Listings in Bulk not responding

Since yesterday, I have been unable to end listings in bulk. And the message is in German or something ... "Die Seite kann nicht aufgerufen werden".

I am signed on to the US site. Any ideas why this is happening and/or suggestions on how to fix it?
