Empty shared lists

I saw threads talking about it as old as 2015. They've been locked with no answer. The issue persists. When a list is shared, the link points to an empty list. It's a useful feature and it can't be that hard to make it work. It's the same code of a private list basically.

Ha! It's nearly 2018 now and the problem persists. It's very annoying! I couldn't manually change a list from Private to Shared. It automatically changed to "Shared" once I sent a link via Facebook, although the link leads to an empty list.
