For the last 4 weeks I have been receiving notifications at my personal Email address listed with Ebay stating my items have been delivered even though I already know this. I called the Philippines yesterday about this. Went into my account settings and saw that I was not supposed to receive these notices. We reset my settings and the call center acknowledged in an Email that the problem was escalated to the sleeping IT department and noted on my account. Same thing continued 24 hours later, called the Philippines again and was told today they have a glitch in the system for the last 3 - 4 weeks and are working on it. The person suggested I forward all the messages to support@ebay so they know the problem. So, everyone, if you are having problems at Ebay, just start sending them Emails at the address above. Maybe when their Email box gets full they will do something about it.
