I am sure the eBay support staff are over-loaded with emails and I do not know if contacting them via private message on the eBay Facebook page would be any different...

Good Luck with that. I tried the email messaging they suggest. It sends you to a pop-up window where you present your issueThe first reponse I got was from someone that made it clear by their questions they did not understand Ebay policies or my issue. I got a second response from someone apologizing for the first one and said basically 'yes you are correct', but offered no solution, I tried to 'reply' for better clarification and got sent back to the window pop up to state my issue. I filled it out, then got a response from someone asking me to state what my issue is.....as if none of the previous inquiries/responses could be seen by anybody. It is a frustrating cycle! I just can't believe they couldn't figure out better ways for seasoned support people to work from home and take care of things. We are all in the same boat and plenty of companies, small and large, have done so much better.
